Papermill Plaza is an upscale neighborhood shopping center located at the intersection of Papermill Road and Kingston Pike in central Knoxville. The center features Whole Foods, REI and ULTA Beauty as anchor tenants and opened to the public in the spring of 2016.

Buildings are constructed of exterior CMU block and have a steel joist and joist girder roof system. The Whole Foods grocery contains a structured mezzanine of approximately 2,500 square feet. Shallow, soil supported foundations serve as base for the wall and column loads.
