4,800 square foot building renovation for a restaurant. The existing first floor structure, second floor structure and roof framing need replacement. The existing first floor framing over crawl space was demolished and replaced with new floor framing. The existing second floor framing was demolished and replaced with new steel framing and concrete slab on metal deck. The existing roof framing was demolished and replaced with a new steel framing and metal roof deck. The exterior brick walls were rehabilitated, including repointing mortar, replacing steel lintels and stabilizing corners of the building.
